I recently stayed at the Red Horse Hotel in Urgup for a week-long vacation with my family. Mr Ertan Kocatmaz, the proprietor, and his team made us feel like welcomed guests in their home. The service was personalized and excellent, with everyone being extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully designed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were modern.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the warm and friendly welcome I received from the owner. It made me feel at home right away. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities. They were also kept very clean. Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was very convenient to have everything nearby.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the noise from the road was quite bothersome, especially since my room was close to it.
